We are looking for a capable Warehouse Operations Associate to support our daily warehouse operations. You will assist management with various warehouse activities including inventory management, logistics and shipping operations.
This is an office-based position, with required in-person work three times a week. You will report to the Operations Manager and will work collaboratively with our warehouse and operations team for your deliverables. Our office is located near Wack-Wack, Mandaluyong City.
Responsibilities
Assist with overall design and management of operations and fulfillment workflows and processes. These include:
- Processing, packaging and shipping orders accurately
- Organizing stocks and maintaining inventory
- Inspecting products for defects and damages
- Examining ingoing and outgoing shipments
- Organizing warehouse space
- Receiving, unloading and sorting incoming inventory items appropriately
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
- Keep warehouse layout and premises organised and conducive to productivity
Requirements
- Adequate knowledge and experience in warehouse, operations and logistics roles
- Team player with organizational skills
- Must be results-oriented, coachable, and transparent with deadlines.
- Graduate of a degree in a related field is preferred.
