We are looking for a Marketing Associate to help plan and implement our marketing and advertising activities.
For this role, you should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers’ behaviour. You should also be able to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret reach, ROI, and KPI metrics.
You should help us achieve our business goals by building strong marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of brand influencer marketing campaigns.
- Outreach messages to recruit influencer partners
- Support emails to answer questions from influencers
- Ensuring influencers are reminded and aligned with campaign deadlines.
- Coordinating communications and collaborations with other marketing departments to ensure campaigns align with overall goals.
- Being accountable for the quality and effectiveness of influencer-submitted content.
- Collating and curating user-generated content to enhance brand authenticity and engagement.
- Building and nurturing relationships with influencers and partners.
- Monitoring and tracking the success of influencer campaigns, and reporting results to the team.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
- Experience with Instagram and Tiktok influencer campaigns
- Solid computer skills, including MS Excel and web analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
