A Content Associate is responsible for assisting in the planning, creation, and management of digital content across social media, websites, emails, and campaigns. They support the content and communications team by coordinating shoots, preparing assets, organizing content libraries, tracking performance, and ensuring everything is published on schedule.
Responsibilities:
1.) Content Production Support
- Assist during shoots (logistics, shot lists, asset collection).
- Coordinate with photographers, models, studios.
- Shoot content independently.
2.) Asset Management
- Organize content folders, rename files, maintain content libraries.
- Track versions of photos, videos, and design assets.
- Coordinate and possibly outsource asset editors.
3.) Cross-functional Coordination
- Follow up with design, marketing, product, and brand teams.
- Help ensure deadlines are met and campaigns stay on track.
