Assistant Online Store and Website Manager at Blackbough Swim

We are looking for a capable Assistant Website Manager to support our daily web and e-commerce operations. You will assist the website team with various SEO tags, product updates, page listings and inventory management. This position requires adequate knowledge and experience with the Shopify. 

This is an remote position. You will report to the Website Manager and will work collaboratively with our Graphic Design and Marketing team for your deliverables. Our office is located near Wack-Wack, Mandaluyong City.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain the Blackboughswim.com store website: photo database and uploading new products, generating product descriptions, tracking inventory.
• Manage smooth flow of online store orders and communicate with shipping/fulfillment team regularly.
• Working with our graphic designers to assist with website, promotional material, and in-store branding
• Upkeep of online store  inventory

•  Coordinate with Marketing team to prepare product pages and website for launches and new collections.

Qualifications:
•  Experience with one or more of the following: website managment, e-commerce operations management
• Google and social media marketing advertising skills
• Ability to confidently take on tasks and work independently
• Strong verbal communication and writing skills; this job requires frequent interactions with other teams online
• Website and database management, and/or the ability to quickly learn new platforms
• Proficiency with Google Drive, Shopify, and/or ability to learn new skills where needed
• Basic photo editing skills; Adobe Photoshop editing are a plus
• Website creation or coding skills a plus
